The Sales Coordinator (Taste) ensures seamless coordination between sales, operations, and customer needs throughout the brief-to-win process. In this hybrid role based in South Brunswick, NJ, you will act as a central point of contact, supporting Account Managers by maintaining precise customer and pricing data across multiple platforms including Salesforce, PriceForce, and SAP.
What You'll Do
- Input and manage customer briefs and associated tasks in Salesforce in partnership with Account Managers
- Track project progress from initiation through to initial order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with established workflows
- Update and verify customer, pricing, and project details across systems to maintain data integrity
- Communicate updates on pricing or customer information to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure approved pricing is correctly implemented and maintained in SAP
- Identify and resolve system-related issues that could delay processes
- Respond to internal and external inquiries independently and efficiently
- Manage the flow of customer requests, including samples, documentation, and creative tasks
- Keep Account Managers informed of any developments that may impact project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity
- Customer-focused approach with effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently when needed

- Sound decision-making skills under pressure
