What You'll Do
Work closely with senior leadership to shape client acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and market relevance. Lead discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and map them to strategic solutions, contributing to the design of tailored technology roadmaps.
Develop and present proposals, strategic narratives, and pitch materials to prospective clients, focusing on consultative engagement. Take ownership of client workshops and strategy sessions, covering areas such as digital transformation, governance, and operational improvement, under senior oversight.
Deliver key consulting outputs including gap analyses, operating models, and governance frameworks. Support the creation of roadmaps and recommendations, ensuring they are actionable and aligned with client objectives. Assist in onboarding new clients and maintain continuity across delivery teams.
Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and opportunity growth. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting insights, case studies, and best practices. Support training initiatives and help build consulting capabilities across the team.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrate experience in consultative sales, client delivery, or advisory roles
- Apply structured research methods to analyze markets, competitors, and client needs
- Translate complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations
- Facilitate client discussions and workshops with confidence and clarity
- Use cloud platforms such as M365, Teams, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
- Link technology initiatives to business value and ROI
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination effectively
- Communicate professionally with executives and cross-functional teams
- Maintain a productive, professional environment when working remotely
Preferred Background
Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or certifications like PMP, Prince2, or IMC are advantageous. Prior exposure to management consulting, business analysis, or technology advisory—through roles or training—is highly valued. Experience in pre-sales, strategy, or client success within tech or managed service environments strengthens candidacy. Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, and marketing functions is a strong asset.
