Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to refine client acquisition approaches, ensuring positioning supports commercial goals and market relevance.
- Lead client workshops and strategy sessions focused on digital transformation, governance, and operational improvement.
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps, proposals, and pitch materials tailored to client-specific challenges and objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with mid- and senior-level stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships across service lines, aligned with broader growth targets.
- Contribute to the creation of sales methodologies, templates, and consulting assets that enhance team effectiveness.
- Track performance metrics including conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and opportunity progression.
- Support delivery execution by coordinating with client success managers, solution architects, and delivery leads to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare strategic deliverables such as gap analyses, operating models, and technology recommendations for client review.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and clear alignment on goals and timelines.

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in consultative analysis, client engagement, and strategic documentation is essential. Proficiency in structured research, problem-solving, and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights is expected. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required, along with fluency in cloud-based collaboration tools and CRM platforms. A strategic mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate independently with accountability are critical. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications such as MBA, PMP, or IMC accreditation are advantageous, as is prior exposure to management consulting, advisory services, or technology strategy roles.
