What You'll Do
Take ownership of the entire sales lifecycle, starting with identifying new prospects through outreach, networking, and field engagement. Initiate conversations via cold calling, LinkedIn, and in-person visits to uncover business challenges and position relevant solutions.
Conduct discovery sessions to assess client goals and customize demonstrations that highlight clear value. Manage all stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking in CRM systems and delivering reliable forecasts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, guiding new clients through setup and early usage. Deliver training sessions to accelerate time-to-value and monitor initial adoption to address hurdles quickly.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining regular touchpoints to evaluate satisfaction, usage patterns, and evolving needs. Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues, share client feedback, and contribute to product enhancements. Track key metrics including retention risk, revenue performance, and overall account health to drive long-term growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally within B2B, fintech, or SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven comfort with field sales and cultivating professional relationships
- Highly organized with consistent follow-up practices
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
