As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the complete sales journey—identifying new opportunities, guiding prospects through discovery and decision-making, and ensuring clients achieve value from day one. Your role extends beyond closing deals; you’ll be instrumental in shaping lasting client relationships and driving sustainable account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through proactive outreach via phone, LinkedIn, in-person visits, and industry events.
- Hold consultative meetings to uncover business challenges and recommend fitting solutions.
- Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations that speak directly to client objectives.
- Manage accurate records in CRM systems and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and setup for new clients.
- Lead training sessions and support early adoption to maximize initial success.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and engagement.
- Monitor usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and potential risks to retention.
- Identify expansion opportunities through upselling and renewals based on evolving needs.
- Coordinate with support and product teams to resolve issues and share client insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing positions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability in field-based selling and relationship development.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
