As an Account Executive, you will lead the charge in expanding client acquisition by designing and executing a targeted go-to-market strategy. Your focus will be on identifying high-potential opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and business intelligence, then guiding prospects from initial engagement to closed deals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a strategic sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, including CIOs and CTOs, using structured sales methodologies
- Create tailored proposals and presentations that align technology solutions with client business objectives
- Convert one-time professional services engagements into ongoing, revenue-generating partnerships
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records to ensure visibility and accountability
- Collaborate with partners to pursue joint market development initiatives
- Contribute insights to improve sales campaign performance and demand generation ROI
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B technology sales, with a focus on cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or data analytics
- Proven success selling to enterprise clients and securing new logos
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong grasp of consultative selling, with experience applying frameworks like MEDDIC or Value Selling
- Ability to operate independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation abilities
