Distro is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy for COPIOTA. You will design and execute initiatives that drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and generate qualified demand.
What You'll Do
- Define brand positioning and design commercial and acquisition strategy.
- Design, optimize, and scale conversion funnels.
- Manage social media, brand narrative, and editorial calendar.
- Create and edit multi-format content (text, image, video).
- Develop persuasive, conversion-oriented copywriting.
- Implement advanced technical and organic SEO strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and website structure to improve performance.
- Analyze KPIs, user behavior, and generate reports.
- Execute growth marketing experiments.
- Work aligned with the sales area to optimize the funnel.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years in similar digital marketing roles.
- Mastery of Web SEO (organic and technical), Meta Ads, Google Ads SEM, and Email marketing / Mailing.
- Management of AI applied to marketing.
- Video editing skills.
- Experience with CRM and automation tools.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics / Data Studio.
- Native Spanish or excellent writing skills.
- A stable 100MB internet connection.
- A quiet work environment.
- Mandatory presentation of previous work (content, campaigns, metrics).
