We are nüchtern, a female-founded startup rethinking alcohol-free alternatives. We are hiring a Marketing Manager (all genders, part-time or full-time possible) to drive our growth through performance marketing, CRM, and e-commerce optimization. You'll join a small team in Berlin, taking real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and analyze Meta campaigns, optimizing for ROAS and target audiences.
- Develop email marketing flows, segmentations, and newsletters using Klaviyo to drive sales and retention.
- Keep the Shopify shop updated and conversion-optimized, from product texts to UX.
- Write SEO-optimized texts and launch content that gets found and sells.
- Use ChatGPT and similar AI tools as a fixed component of your work for copy, ideas, and testing.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing & e-commerce.
- Strong structure, implementation power, and a good feel for brand.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Proactive use of AI as a productivity tool.
