Join AIRS Medical Inc as a Marketing Manager (EMEA), a key role in building brand visibility and driving lead generation across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will focus on creating memorable customer experiences through strategic events and digital marketing.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry conferences, tradeshows, and company-hosted events, both virtual and in-person.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, booth design, travel coordination, and onsite execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams to align event strategies with business goals.
- Track ROI and key metrics for each event, ensuring clear reporting and continuous improvement.
- Oversee planning and logistics for internal events and offsites to ensure engaging team experiences.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote events before, during, and after via email, website, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
- Manage event-related content creation, including posts, videos, graphics, and recaps, to boost visibility and engagement.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, website updates, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
- Support storytelling initiatives by producing customer success stories, case studies, and product spotlights.
- Assist in the localization or adaptation of global content for regional markets.
- Own and manage event and campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Create and maintain project timelines, stakeholder updates, and vendor deliverables.
- Negotiate with external partners to secure the best value and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on events and digital campaigns.
- Proven track record managing conferences, tradeshows, or large-scale events.
- Strong digital marketing skills in social media and content promotion.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a second language.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams like sales, product, and executive leadership.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, specifically Figma and Meta Suite LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for events (20–30%).
