TaskUs is hiring a Marketing Manager dedicated to our AI Safety Services. Your mission is to transform TaskUs from the AI industry’s best-kept secret into the trusted partner executives think of for achieving safe, scalable AI. You will be the do-it-all marketer responsible for generating pipeline, accelerating deals, and establishing our voice in this critical space.
What You'll Do
- Own field and ABM programs, including executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, and micro-campaigns mapped to account plans.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to craft messaging, define target lists, and orchestrate multi-touch sequences.
- Manage the end-to-end calendar of in-person and virtual events, including budget, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Create and curate content by collaborating with Product Marketing and SMEs to package case studies, playbooks, and outbound sequences.
- Measure what matters: track MQL, SQL, Opportunity progression, attribution, and ROI; refine programs based on data.
- Maintain operational hygiene by working with RevOps to keep Salesforce and lead-routing rules clean and actionable.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-focused professional services, owning programs end-to-end.
- Proven success running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana.
- End-to-end campaign and event ownership from ideation through post-mortem.
- Compelling copywriting and messaging skills tailored to technical and risk-oriented buyers.
- A data-driven mindset: comfortable building dashboards, slicing funnel data, and acting on insights.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to juggle multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
- Adaptability: you thrive amid shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to AI or engineering personas.
- Knowledge of GenAI and AI safety concepts.
- Background with vertical or industry playbooks.
