Hilton is looking for a Marketing Manager for the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Marketing to shape and execute the marketing strategy for the hotel and its dining outlets, focusing on driving engagement, visibility, and exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design marketing collateral, including F&B promotional materials, menus, sales materials, on-property displays, ad creative, and social media graphics.
- Own social media for the hotel and all dining outlets, handling strategy, content creation, UGC curation, calendar management, community management, trend monitoring, and paid social campaigns.
- Oversee blogger and influencer partnerships, sourcing talent, managing agreements, coordinating logistics, and building local media relationships.
- Maintain the online brand presence by creating, auditing, and updating website content, Google profiles, third-party sites, and OTA pages.
- Support marketing for all on-property dining venues with fresh ideas to drive local and transient revenue and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots and organize multiple libraries of assets.
- Support the Director of Marketing in establishing the property’s marketing strategy, identify partnership opportunities, and liaise with internal teams, corporate partners, vendors, and media.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance to make strategic adjustments and assist with campaigns to drive revenue.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Excellent English communication skills in writing, listening, and speaking.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional, digital, and social marketing communication mediums.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different departments simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Expert-level proficiency in Canva.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
- Experience with social platforms and project-based systems such as Trello.
Nice to Have
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, travel, or tourism-specific experience.
- Ability to navigate CMS platforms.
