FullTeam is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client's team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the US market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation across various digital channels.
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media promotions, and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page optimization to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using analytics tools and provide optimization recommendations.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and recommend updates to strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work during US business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings, deadlines, or project milestones outside of standard hours.
