InterContinental Grenada (IHG) is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development, production, and implementation of all marketing strategies and communications for the resort. You will be responsible for driving projects that support business objectives while upholding our global brand standards.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison to the resort’s PR and Social Media agency partners, driving results against goals.
- Run and analyze key marketing reports, adjusting strategy based on insights.
- Articulate campaign performance to key stakeholders including the General Manager, Commercial team, and Ownership.
- Manage the social media calendar with the resort agency and oversee local social media content.
- Lead the development of programming, packages, and activations.
- Manage website content and updates, partnering with the corporate team to optimize brand.com and drive revenue.
- Manage asset development (photoshoots, videos, presentations) to ensure up-to-date content across all channels.
- Serve as the resort’s brand guardian, ensuring all marketing reflects the brand tone of voice.
- Manage internal and external partners to verify deliverables that support the resort’s objectives.
- Partner with Revenue Management to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Develop local and regional partnerships, including radio.
- Partner with F&B to create events for in-house guests and local patrons.
- Evaluate potential influencer profiles for suitability.
- Host and ensure all press and influencers have an optimal on-property experience.
- Create itineraries, monthly reports, and ad-hoc reports.
- Develop and manage the marketing communications budget with the Cluster DOSM.
- Coordinate the creation of menus, flyers, and collateral with the graphic designer.
What We're Looking For
- A college degree plus 5 years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Demonstrated communication skills for interacting with guests, employees, and third parties.
- Strong reading and writing abilities for reports, instructions, and training.
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.
- High competency in Microsoft Office and Canva or related graphic design platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
Nice to Have
- A degree in a related field.
- Prior hotel sales experience.
