Lincoln Property Company is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Marketing Manager to help shape the Lincoln brand and amplify our product line expertise. You’ll generate leads by developing compelling content and executing integrated marketing plans in close partnership with business leaders.

What You'll Do

Manage marketing and communications projects and workflows.
Draft and edit engaging content across channels, including blogs, digital copy, presentations, and brochures.
Ensure all content is clear, accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand voice.
Translate complex business information into engaging marketing messages.
Draft and execute integrated marketing plans that support key business objectives.
Support real estate‑focused marketing initiatives with targeted messaging and campaign strategies.
Identify and understand target audiences.
Track and analyze performance to optimize future campaigns.
Partner closely with internal teams, including product line leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Actively listen to stakeholder needs to shape effective marketing solutions.
Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues at all levels.
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate workflows with creative teams, vendors, and internal SMEs.
May manage and mentor direct reports.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
6+ years of marketing or communications experience, including content creation.
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate marketing.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft applications.
Ability to manage shifting priorities, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated creativity and the ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
