Hilton is looking for a Marcom Manager to champion our hotel's image, facilities, and services to the public, our guests, and the local community. In this role, you will build a strong market presence, foster positive media and community relationships, and ensure our brand story is consistently and effectively told.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the hotel's advertising budget and external advertising plans.
- Coordinate and execute integrated communication plans for hotel promotions with all operating departments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets (publications, broadcasts) to implement marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the hotel maintains a positive image and presence on mainstream online platforms in key source markets.
- Manage all hotel printed materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Keep the hotel website, official pages, and social media platforms accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Monitor and promptly respond to guest comments across various online platforms.
- Plan and execute public relations activities, measuring to achieve expected ROI.
- Design print materials according to hotel standards and oversee print quality.
- Manage a comprehensive targeted database for marketing hotel promotions.
- Monitor expenses against the commercial development budget to maximize return on investment.
- Liaise with internal departments, external organizations, and government bodies to coordinate hotel projects.
- Assist with photography, video shoots, and media interviews.
- Update the media gallery and promotional kits regularly.
- Lead the management of the Marcom department.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in the Marketing and Public Relations department of international brand hotels.
- Possess creative writing skills and strong knowledge of advertising media planning and print production.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, with basic knowledge of web and desktop publishing systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills.
- Established and good communication with local news media.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English to meet business needs.
- Able to be resourceful, creative, and maintain flexibility.
