We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to own our consumer marketing engine, responsible for storytelling, social, lifecycle CRM, and integrated campaign execution. This is a highly cross-functional role for a strategic operator who can translate brand and growth strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead Aescape’s storytelling and content strategy across social, lifecycle, and owned channels.
- Manage Aescape's social presence, creator partnerships, and UGC programs.
- Develop content that brings the Aescape brand and recovery story to life through customer and partner experiences.
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and in-app messaging using Braze.
- Build and optimize customer journeys that drive onboarding, repeat bookings, and retention.
- Launch lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, rebooking, seasonal, and performance-driven communications.
- Own the content and creative pipelines across paid, owned, and social channels.
- Translate brand and growth strategy into creative briefs, campaign concepts, and content programs.
- Manage external creative partners, including designers, creators, and content agencies.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across lifecycle, social, paid media, and owned channels.
- Coordinate launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across the marketing ecosystem.
- Act as the central program manager for campaigns, ensuring alignment across Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Product and external partners.
- Partner with Growth and Data to measure campaign and lifecycle performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the VP of Growth in translating brand and demand strategy into executable marketing programs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or consumer marketing roles.
- Proven experience owning CRM / lifecycle platforms (Braze strongly preferred).
- Experience building integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
- Strong creative instincts paired with performance orientation.
- Experience managing agencies, creators, or external vendors.
- Track record of building scalable marketing programs in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable owning complex initiatives from strategy → execution → optimization.
- Fluent in modern lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms.
