ihateironing is hiring a Marketing Executive to join our small in-house team. You'll support across multiple marketing channels, gaining broad experience in our fast-paced, growing business.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the creation, launch, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and search engines (Google/Bing).
- Help manage email & CRM campaigns, including set up, segmentation, list management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with designers, influencers, and agencies to secure final creative assets.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance across paid and CRM channels.
- Help develop organic social media channels, from content planning to publishing.
- Provide ad-hoc support on Marketing and Brand projects, including research, planning, and execution of campaigns, photoshoots, and events.
- Set up and update landing pages to support campaigns and new service area launches.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience within key digital marketing channels.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable with reporting on data, spotting trends, and making suggestions for optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for collaborating with team members and coordinating with creative partners.
- Keen eye for detail, especially for setting up mailing lists and landing pages.
- A proactive and flexible approach, ready to jump between diverse tasks.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- Interest in creative development and content production.
Team & Environment
You'll join a small in-house team, working closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and PPC Manager. It's a collaborative environment where your efforts have a big impact.
