ONE Sotheby's International Realty is hiring a Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing efforts within its Development Division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing corporate marketing strategies, leading brand positioning, and executing comprehensive project marketing plans to drive sales results for luxury real estate developments. You will report to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage corporate marketing strategies under the direction of the SVP of Sales and Marketing.
- Lead brand positioning for the Development Division across all corporate channels.
- Develop and execute project marketing plans, programs, timelines, and budgets to create a vision and identity that adds value and drives sales.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines to bring new products to market.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends.
- Attend Development Division weekly management meetings with ownership and all sales and marketing developer meetings.
- Review and approve all inbound and outbound creative assets from both B2B and B2C perspectives.
- Provide insight and strategy for RFP opportunities.
- Liaise with the sales team early on to provide marketing support and assist with strategy.
- Organize and drive follow-up action items and implement a process for project management communication.
- Represent ONE SIR and its projects in the marketplace as directed, including at real estate forums, broker events, and sales missions.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in high-end luxury residential real estate and/or luxury hospitality.
- Experience successfully bringing new projects to market.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with establishing and managing budgets.
- Experience in managing and directing strategic partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and in-writing.
- Demonstrated ability to take complex projects from conception to successful execution.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Experience working with associates, vendors, or customers in remote locations and international markets across multiple time zones.
- Strong team player with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
- Experienced overseeing the design and production of print and digital materials and publications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.

- Spanish proficiency.
- Prior branded residential and sales knowledge.
