As the Marketing Associate Director for Organized Providers, you will shape and implement strategic marketing initiatives focused on institutional healthcare channels, including Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Department of Defense (DoD). You will play a central role in advancing the market presence of JOURNAVX, an oral, non-opioid treatment for moderate-to-severe acute pain, by designing impactful messaging and educational tools tailored to complex healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build in-depth knowledge of GPO, federal, and integrated delivery network (IDN) customer landscapes to inform targeted marketing strategies
- Develop and refine promotional content specific to the needs of institutional clients, including Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Dental Service Organizations, and Physician Staffing Groups
- Partner with field leadership to align marketing materials with frontline insights and customer engagement goals
- Design peer-to-peer education approaches that resonate with clinical decision-makers in organized healthcare settings
- Train and equip a national field team of approximately 200 members on product messaging and promotional tools
- Work closely with the designated health systems agency and internal stakeholders in market access, strategic accounts, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution
- Use feedback from customers and field personnel to continuously improve the relevance and impact of marketing assets
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a scientific discipline, with at least eight years of relevant experience. Proven success in U.S. or global marketing, particularly in developing campaigns for hospital GPOs, federal accounts, or institutional markets, is essential. Experience managing agency relationships and a solid grasp of health IT systems and IDN structures are required. Prior involvement in pharmaceutical product launches is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $162,800 to $244,200, complemented by annual equity awards and a performance-based bonus.
