InterContinental Grenada (IHG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the launch of our new resort opening in Q4 2026. You will be responsible for coordinating branding initiatives, creating compelling marketing content, executing digital campaigns, and enhancing the hotel's visibility to create inspiring experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate branding initiatives to achieve set objectives and ensure advertising messages are consistent with brand standards.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms.
- Design customer offers aligned with the annual marketing calendar and coordinate their implementation.
- Enhance hotel visibility and brand awareness through strategic use of social media and other digital channels.
- Create and curate engaging content, including articles, blogs, newsletters, visuals, and videos, to promote hotel offerings and special packages.
- Execute and optimize website content, update OTA content, and monitor performance through analytics tools.
- Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Assist with photo and video shoots and help organize promotional events.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEA, email marketing, and paid media.
- Identify target markets and tailor marketing initiatives to specific customer profiles.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing ROI, qualitative, and quantitative reporting.
- Recommend corrective actions and implement improvements for SEO, including keyword and image optimization.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate with a higher Degree in Marketing.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel establishment.
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong sense of observation, adaptability, flexibility, proactivity, and initiative.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEA, and Social Media Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva (mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM, Web Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
- Proficiency in OTA platforms and package creation.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of a third foreign language is highly desirable.
