Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Market Sales Agent to lead and manage property sales within our fast-growing, remote-first real estate environment. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from pricing and negotiation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers while adapting strategies to optimize performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage all stages of the sales process, including pricing, negotiation, contract management, and closing.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on inventory and performance.
- Collaborate with agent partners to develop competitive pricing strategies that attract qualified buyers.
- Monitor showing activity and feedback, addressing any issues and recommending timely solutions.
- Negotiate offers to secure favorable terms for the company and clients.
- Coordinate with closing teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction completions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline the disposition process and resolve potential risks.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar industry role.
- Proven skills in conducting Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for effective home pricing.
- Strong understanding of conventional financing guidelines.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Results-driven mindset with adaptability to shifting market conditions.
- Collaborative team player eager to contribute to mutual success.
Nice to Have
- Experience in markets such as Dallas, Houston, Tampa, or Orlando.
- Active Real Estate License.
