Mohawk Industries, Inc. is hiring a Market Manager to manage and grow sales within an assigned territory. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets while building strong, lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
What You'll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the flooring industry and market dynamics.
