Bounce is looking for a Market Launcher – North America to expand our network and onboard businesses onto our platform. You will be instrumental in covering the North American market through a dynamic mix of inside and outside sales activities, directly contributing to the company’s growth.
What You'll Do
- Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps in North American countries.
- Perform cold outreach via phone and email to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call and sales pitch to closing, account creation, and partner onboarding.
- Deliver your own leads in addition to working with supplied leads.
- Work closely with your manager to identify and execute on new areas for expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Must be fluent in English.
- Entry-level experience.
- High-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve top results.
- Comfortable with a high volume of sales calls and confidence in cold-approaching businesses.
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection.
- Charismatic, positive, and demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude over the phone and in person.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and a direct desire to contribute to the company’s success.
- Confident in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses.
- Self-starter with the drive to self-manage and work towards defined goals.
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and startups.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
