Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Market Director to build and maintain strategic, productive relationships with provider entities and health systems. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for advancing performance initiatives like Value-Based Reimbursement (VBR), Stars ratings, and risk adjustment, while identifying collaborative opportunities for future transformation.
What You'll Do
- Identify and cultivate relationships with providers in value-based arrangements outside of the primary entities.
- Establish key contacts across all critical functions within assigned provider entities and health systems.
- Oversee critical communications through direct personal contact, site visits, regional sessions, and professional meetings.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to ensure appropriate ROI on initiatives aimed at improving quality, reducing cost, and increasing patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with actuarial and informatics teams to develop population health tools, care alignment reports, and other resources.
- Leverage data for decisions, apply negotiation skills to achieve results, and use project management to ensure successful execution.
- Work collaboratively across the internal enterprise to build networks that support effective provider engagement.
- Promote efficient communication in partnership with Provider Engagement, coordinating advisory groups, forums, and events.
- Identify, develop, and grow provider relationships to create a glide path for future transformation in care delivery and reimbursement.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry, specifically in value-based care and provider relations or network management.
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics and performance trending.
- A Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience and education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a provider or health system administrative or clinical role.
- A Master's degree.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $92,300.00 - $172,500.00
Work Mode
This position follows a hybrid work model and is based in West Virginia.
