Enovis is seeking a Market Development Manager to join our Bracing & Supports Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market development for our strategic Pediatric and Scoliosis initiatives. You’ll serve as the clinical and product subject matter expert for this focus area, working remotely to support business goals across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Drive market development and sales for strategic corporate initiatives in the pediatric and scoliosis bracing space.
- Act as the subject matter expert, presenting and promoting our pediatric and scoliosis products and solutions to customers.
- Educate internal and external customers on our products and clinical applications.
- Lead key strategic initiatives and be accountable for achieving budgeted revenue goals.
- Collaborate with local sales teams, marketing, and cross-functional groups to drive commercial success.
- Identify opportunities to expand penetration in existing accounts and add value for the customer.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, and communicate insights to business partners.
- Provide input to Marketing and Senior Leadership on market trends, competition, and field execution.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet financial, market, and portfolio goals for your region.
- Drive regional revenue growth quarter over quarter and year over year across all business channels.
- Cultivate competitive opportunities to convert business and defend against competitive threats.
- Utilize SalesForce to maintain contacts, opportunities, targets, and a sustained funnel.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Align internal and external resources for a comprehensive customer approach.
- Work with employees, referral partners, and Distributor Partners to gain access in competitive accounts.
- Prepare financial models and strategic plans to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical education teams for product training and in-services.
- Adhere to all compliance, ethical, and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of orthopedic medical device or clinical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of medical device sales or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of the orthopedic market.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to satisfy third-party credentialing requirements for hospital access.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling scoliosis or pediatric products or devices.
- Education or training as a health care provider (e.g., CPO, RN, OTC, PT, ATC, PA).
- Experience working within complex multi-division organizations.
- Previous experience in market and/or business development roles.
- Clinical experience with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis.
- Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, VAC committees, and GPO administrators.
- Experience presenting to C-Suite level customers.
