What You'll Do
Lead the daily functions of the Everett office, ensuring operational efficiency, team productivity, and financial performance. Guide a team of legal professionals through consistent mentorship, performance support, and professional development initiatives. Partner with HR and recruitment teams to maintain strong staffing levels and ensure adherence to company policies and employment standards.
Work closely with other office leaders to align departmental efforts and strengthen internal collaboration. Provide direct legal counsel to clients during consultations, managing cases across a broad spectrum of family law matters. Appear in court on behalf of clients, draft essential legal documentation, and negotiate settlements to achieve favorable resolutions.
Requirements
You are an experienced attorney with a proven ability to manage law office operations and lead legal teams effectively. You bring a compassionate approach to client service and a strong track record in handling diverse family law cases. Demonstrated skills in mentoring staff, managing caseloads, and navigating court procedures are essential.
You must be capable of fulfilling all responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations as defined by the ADA. A commitment to upholding professional standards and supporting team growth is expected.
