About the Role
The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, supporting smooth and timely property closings while maintaining documentation and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor all stages of real estate transactions from initial offer to final closing
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company-specific compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal departments including acquisitions, title, and legal teams
- Track transaction timelines and identify potential delays
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records and documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide status updates
- Resolve transaction-related issues promptly and efficiently
- Prepare and review transaction files for completeness and accuracy
- Support process improvements to enhance transaction efficiency
- Train and mentor transaction coordinators and support staff
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met on time
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers
- Oversee document execution and notarization processes
- Monitor closing schedules and adjust as needed
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary
- Implement best practices for risk mitigation in transactions
- Review title reports and coordinate resolution of title issues
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and agents
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive transaction data
- Maintain knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Generate transaction status reports for leadership review
- Support audit readiness for transaction files
- Standardize transaction workflows across teams
- Drive consistency in customer experience during closing process
- Assist in onboarding new transaction team members
