About the Role

Horizon3.ai is hiring a Manager, Sales Development to build, coach, and lead a high-performing outbound sales development team. You will be responsible for prospecting into our ideal customer profile, driving team success through cross-functional initiatives, and collaborating closely with outside sales and marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Coach and mentor an outbound lead development team of SDRs.
  • Continually and closely manage, train, and mentor the team.
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual lead development objectives.
  • Act as a champion for the forward momentum of the company.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to marketing teams to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and best practices.
  • Identify, utilize, and optimize all company collateral to support lead development efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to motivate high-volume, goal-oriented lead generation reps on a proactive and sustained basis.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for handling both staff and external customers.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Skill in defining and refining lead generation and management processes.
  • Ability to evaluate prospective database needs and requirements.
  • 2 years prior SDR management experience.
  • 2 years of direct selling experience.
  • Excellent skills in the use of the Sales Force.com application.
  • Experience with recruiting, training, directing, and motivating staff.

Nice to Have

  • SDR management experience preferably at a fast-growing Cybersecurity or SaaS company.

  • Compensation: $140K - $180K OTE annually. + equity: May be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options).
