St. Louis County, MO is hiring a Manager, Revenue Services. This position reports to the Deputy Collector of Revenue and will manage the operations of the customer service unit in support of the County's revenue collection.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures and prepare related activity reports for management.
- Manage, direct, coordinate, and supervise customer service counter staff.
- Develop and implement written operating procedures, policies, and standards.
- Develop the division's budget to assure all budgetary line-item guidelines are met and expense accounts are properly maintained.
- Ensure proper staffing for expected workloads at all times.
- Respond to escalated taxpayer inquiries and complaints.
- In conjunction with other Collection Division Managers, complete office-wide projects and activities including developing the division's budget.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least three years of related professional work experience.
- All employees must remain current in the payment of their personal and real property taxes.
