The Regional Operations Director (ROD) is tasked with supervising service delivery processes within an assigned territory, guaranteeing superior service standards, financial optimization, and client contentment. This position propels performance through data evaluation, contractor coordination, and team guidance, while simultaneously supporting strategic objectives including workflow enhancement, talent acquisition, and financial planning. Job Responsibilities - Accountable for managing Service Operations within designated region, encompassing service expenses, service excellence, service reach, and comprehensive client experience. 40% - Accountable for evaluating Regional performance utilizing statistical and analytical methodologies to detect patterns, inefficiencies, procedural enhancements, and potential cost reductions. 30% - Responsible for overseeing Staff Service Recruitment and Service Location Associate to ensure recruiting resources are utilized productively and efficiently, with Service Level Agreements consistently met. 10% - Responsible for financial planning, productivity targets, and procedural improvement objectives. 10% - Generate periodic reports, presentations, strategic plans, productivity updates, cost reduction strategies, and team performance assessments. 10% Basic Qualifications - Minimum 3 years' experience in vendor relationships and on-site service delivery involving third-party service providers specializing in home repair services for major appliances or consumer electronics - Exceptional communication capabilities with capacity to interface two organizational levels and represent the company internally and externally with customers and clients - Prior financial management and/or profit/loss responsibilities with expertise in managing comprehensive service claim expenses and cost center financials - Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and comparable analytical tools with strong technical query and analysis skills - Proven experience managing workgroups with demonstrated ability to motivate teams, establish performance expectations, and ensure individual accountability - Comprehensive background in process optimization and project management, capable of data organization, problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution implementation #AssurantProudCR #LI-Remote Pay Range: $72,900.00 - $121,900.00 Compensation range considers multiple factors including candidate background, experience, and work location, enabling potential salary progression within the role.
