Who You Are You are a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience designing, managing, and scaling secure, high-performance network infrastructures across multiple locations. Your expertise encompasses protecting endpoints, maintaining robust network hygiene, and facilitating reliable collaborative experiences for hybrid teams. You excel at proactively identifying and resolving complex network and security challenges. Thriving in dynamic environments, you lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless connectivity solutions. As Network and A/V Manager, you will supervise the company's network infrastructure, including on-site networks, audiovisual systems, and enterprise network security tooling. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On - Lead, mentor, and develop network and A/V engineering team - Manage network and communications infrastructure design and lifecycle - Oversee A/V technology and conference room systems - Advise InfraOps teams on network design considerations - Optimize Zero Trust–based security models - Manage network security platforms - Utilize diagnostic tools for troubleshooting - Drive operational excellence through automation - Evaluate emerging technologies - Participate in vendor management and technology selection How You Will Do Your Work Success depends on foundational attributes: - Good judgment - Resourcefulness - Teamwork and communication - Influence and leadership - Continuous learning and skill development Alignment with COGIS values: - Camaraderie - Openness - Grit - Integrity - Simplicity Qualifications - 5+ years network engineering experience - Enterprise networking technology expertise - Modern network security knowledge - Proficiency in firewalling and remote access solutions - Enterprise A/V ecosystem management experience - Strong network architecture understanding - OSI and TCP/IP model comprehension - Network system design skills - Professional certifications preferred Base wage range: $142,500.00 - $167,000.00 annually in New York City Compensation determined by individual candidate factors including experience and location.
