About the Role
This role is responsible for building and maintaining technical expertise across engineering teams through structured training, certification support, and hands-on enablement activities focused on Cisco technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training programs for internal and partner engineering teams
- Support certification readiness for Cisco technology specializations
- Collaborate with vendor teams to align enablement content with product roadmaps
- Develop lab environments and hands-on technical exercises
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco architectures and solution frameworks
- Assist in onboarding new technical staff to Cisco platforms
- Track and report on team certification progress and skill development
- Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during training delivery
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles for engineering teams
- Coordinate with sales engineering to ensure technical capability alignment
- Evaluate emerging tools and platforms for training effectiveness
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to technical readiness
- Support audit and compliance requirements for certification programs
- Provide feedback to vendors on curriculum relevance and gaps
- Standardize technical onboarding processes across regions
- Facilitate virtual and in-person enablement sessions
- Monitor changes in Cisco certification policies and update training accordingly
- Work with marketing to promote technical programs internally
- Ensure training materials reflect current product versions and best practices
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering and training departments
