This position is located in our Buffalo, NY headquarters with flexibility for up to two remote workdays weekly. As a Sr. Technical Enablement Engineer, you'll provide pre-sales consultation, training, demonstrations, and educational support to partners, facilitating practice enhancement. You'll spearhead enablement initiatives across Data Center and AI portfolios, helping partners expand through emerging vendors, products, and services, ultimately accelerating their organizational success. In this role, you'll cultivate robust relationships with partners and vendors through transparent, collaborative engagement to comprehend and strategize business requirements. The focus centers on educating partners about cutting-edge IT solutions, elevating their technical proficiency to more effectively secure business opportunities. Success hinges on understanding partner sales dynamics and strategically engaging key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Install, configure, and maintain multi-vendor deployment equipment for comprehensive solution implementations · Prepare and execute technical presentations explaining solutions and services to customers and end users · Design and demonstrate solutions tailored to customer requirements and aligned with existing infrastructure · Develop technical enablement content for Cisco's Data Center and AI solutions · Function as a technical subject matter expert for internal teams, partners, and customers · Collaborate with vendor and engineering teams to track technological roadmaps and innovations · Conduct technical deep dives, proof-of-concepts, and hands-on labs for AI workloads and data center architectures · Support strategic initiatives involving AI infrastructure, GPU acceleration, and hybrid cloud deployments · Analyze and optimize enablement effectiveness · Represent organizational interests in global forums and partner engagements Technical Skills/Experience: · Proficient with diverse technology solutions spanning Data Center, Cloud virtualization, Network infrastructure, Cybersecurity · Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies · Comprehensive market awareness across industry solutions · Strong presentation capabilities across technical, sales, and executive interactions · Fundamental industry certifications aligned with technologies Data Center Specific Expertise: · Advanced understanding of Cisco UCS and Nexus platforms · Networking experience with VXLAN, EVPN, ACI · Storage architecture knowledge · Virtualization platform familiarity · Infrastructure automation proficiency Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field · Linux mastery · Cisco certifications · 7+ years technical data center experience · Minimum 2 years technical training background · AI framework and GPU driver experience preferred Candidate Expectations: Beyond specified requirements, we seek individuals capable of introducing innovative perspectives, inspiring organizational transformation, and driving personal and collaborative growth. #LI-SK1 Compensation Range: USD $97,100.00 - $165,100.00 annually Compensation reflects potential base pay across U.S. locations, determined by work location, pay grade, and compensation plan.
