To propel Integer Holdings Corporation toward enhanced performance, we are initiating Symphony, a transformative program implementing an updated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and establishing standardized enterprise-wide processes and organizational structure. This includes ensuring Symphony directly empowers the Integer Production System, encompassing elements like production monitoring, improvement processes, sales, inventory, and operational planning. The program will drive comprehensive organizational change, directly impacting business process optimization, operational efficiency enhancement, and positioning Integer for sustained growth. Symphony represents implementing robust business processes supported by a unified, contemporary, integrated ERP platform. What you'll do in this role: We are recruiting a highly proficient and experienced Finance Solutions Architect with comprehensive SAP S/4HANA expertise to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will be instrumental in S/4HANA implementation and provide continuous support and platform optimization post deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust functional finance process knowledge, architectural design capabilities, and strategic thinking to shape our future ERP landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute daily IT engagement activities, focusing on S/4 Finance, including process design, package implementation, and lifecycle support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices for private cloud environments. - Perform SAP business process mapping and hands-on solution design for Financial Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and Treasury during a greenfield implementation, enforcing standardization and developing disposition strategies. - Define comprehensive enterprise finance architecture covering General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Controlling, and Treasury. - Design and implement advanced controlling processes including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis. - Support scoping potential changes and advise business and ERP/IT leadership. - Demonstrate experience in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support. - Manage data management activities: Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation. - Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, SOX regulations, and audit standards. - Guarantee seamless integration across SAP modules and external systems. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and change management using Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, and similar tools. - Cultivate trust with finance leaders and business process owners, providing thought leadership in financial transformation. - Demonstrate team-oriented approach, empathy, and commitment to knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams, project members, and delivery partners. - Support change management and training initiatives to ensure user adoption. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP project teams, consultants, and offshore delivery partners. - Evaluate SAP S4/Hana Finance module updates and recommend efficiency and automation improvements. What sets you apart: Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: - 8+ years of SAP Finance experience, including minimum 3 years in S/4HANA Finance architecture and implementation. At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in architect or lead role. Proven SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud experience required. Skills: - Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in global environments. - Strong understanding of finance business processes and SAP solution translation. - Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA architectural concepts like Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Automated Intercompany Reconciliation. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative, evolving environments. - Maquiladora setup experience preferred. - Medical Device industry experience advantageous. - Experience with SAP Fiori, Central Finance, Group Reporting is beneficial. - Familiarity with SimpleMDG, OneSource, WalkMe, OpenText, Blackline, Tricentis is a plus. - SAP certifications in Financial Accounting and Treasury preferred. Travel: - Position may require 30%+ domestic and international travel to Integer manufacturing, customer, and supplier sites. - Current passport and ability to secure appropriate international travel visas required. - Preference for US Citizens, EAD and Green Card holders.
