Samsung Electronics Canada is hiring a Manager, Head of CE B2B to provide strategic direction for its Consumer Electronics division. This senior role is responsible for driving the business to a higher level of performance, focusing on market share leadership and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Deliver on the sales, profitability (P&L), and market share leadership goals for the product division.
- Strengthen distribution channels and improve processes through continuous go-to-market development.
- Manage strategic channel partnerships to achieve the business plan.
- Provide strategic sales direction to achieve target growth and revenue numbers.
- Provide leadership and coaching to a multi-functional team.
- Monitor current market trends, conditions, and maintain a strong network within the consumer electronics industry.
- Manage operational efficiency metrics, including supply chain scores, forecast accuracy, and capital budget.
- Lead the Sales team to achieve business goals through strategic initiatives like joint business planning.
- Identify opportunities for change and lead their execution through effective enrollment and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- A degree holder with more than 10 years of relevant experience as a general manager or sales leader in a large organization.
- Excellent industry networking and a strong ability to build strategic customer relationships.
- Proven excellence in sales management.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization and excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage a multi-functional team and lead business direction.
- Background in a complex multi-brand industry, ideally from a top technology company.
