EvenUp is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role

EvenUp is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Account Manager to serve as the founding leader of our Account Management function. You will be responsible for building our customer expansion strategy from the ground up, shaping the cross-sell motion, and establishing the frameworks and team culture needed to drive revenue growth from our existing customer base. Our mission-driven company is backed by top-tier VCs and uses technology and AI to close the justice gap.

What You'll Do

  • Define and implement the Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs to support rapid scale.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer advocacy.
  • Develop and standardize upsell/cross-sell playbooks for the enterprise segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience and advocate for client needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • At least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful Account Management team in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Nice to Have

  • Founding team experience is a plus.
