You will evaluate and enhance AI-generated content focused on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring it reflects real-world deal dynamics and industry precision. This role is designed for seasoned M&A professionals who can leverage their firsthand experience to shape accurate, practical AI responses.
What You'll Do
Review AI-generated analyses on topics such as deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration. Assess outputs for logical consistency, strategic realism, and operational feasibility within actual M&A contexts.
Develop detailed case studies and negotiation frameworks based on authentic deal scenarios. Construct alternative viewpoints from buyer, seller, advisor, or board-level perspectives to broaden AI understanding. Identify gaps in reasoning, unrealistic assumptions, or missing considerations in AI responses and provide specific, constructive feedback to improve future outputs.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in M&A roles such as investment banking, corporate development, or advisory services
- Direct involvement in executing, structuring, or managing M&A transactions
- Ability to detect flawed logic or impractical strategies in deal scenarios
- Currently based in and authorized to work in the EU or UK
- Availability of 8–20 hours per week, with capacity to start promptly
- Self-directed work style with strong analytical and communication skills
