What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries primarily through phone interactions, identifying and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work directly with end-users to understand their needs and provide accurate solutions. Every interaction must be recorded following established procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Look for ways to improve the customer journey by suggesting relevant services or upgrades when appropriate. Maintain strict confidentiality of all login details and sensitive information, both internally and externally, as part of your daily responsibilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese at level B2 or higher, with strong command of both English and Spanish (B2+)
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and complete required skill assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven capacity to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and new information
- Minimum age of 18 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles via phone, email, or live chat
- Background in customer service, billing, sales, collections, or technical support
