Take ownership of retail expansion across the Benelux as a Senior Key Account Manager. You’ll lead strategic relationships with major retail partners, shaping how the brand grows in market through data-led decisions and commercial excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale existing retail partnerships, ensuring strong performance and long-term growth
- Develop and implement a regional strategy to increase retail footprint in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Identify and secure new retail opportunities, expanding brand visibility and distribution
- Negotiate terms, listings, and promotional plans to maximize sell-in and sell-through
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and ensure seamless execution
- Track and analyze sales performance to uncover trends, risks, and growth levers
Requirements
- 2–3 years of direct experience managing or collaborating with Kruidvat, including familiarity with internal processes and key stakeholders
- Proven background in Key Account Management, Sales, or Category Management within personal care, beauty, or FMCG
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of building lasting retail partnerships
- Comfort using data to guide strategy, identify opportunities, and measure success
- Natural collaborator who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- Native-level fluency in Dutch, with strong written and spoken English
- Based in the Netherlands, with flexibility for regional travel
