Phoenix Home Care And Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to provide exceptional one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Our mission is to create New Beginnings, built on innovation, skill, and Christ-like values.
What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
- Build genuine relationships with patients and become a trusted partner to their families.
- Help keep families together by supporting children as they grow and thrive in their home.
What We're Looking For
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice to Have
- Pediatric experience.

- Structured shift options: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN.
- Premium pay: Weekday Overnights (+$3/hour), Weekend Days (+$4/hour), Weekend Overnights (+$5/hour).
