This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the Pro-Watch access control system, from configuration and administration to ongoing maintenance and support. The specialist ensures accurate system data and reliable operation of badging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer the Pro-Watch access control platform
- Issue, manage, and maintain proximity and identification badges
- Conduct badging operations in alignment with defined policies and standards
- Design and develop Pro-Watch data fields and map them to physical badge elements
- Validate data integrity and ensure high-quality output in all badging processes
- Set up and dismantle mobile or temporary badging stations as needed
- Deliver professional customer support during badge issuance and system interactions
- Analyze system data to identify discrepancies and improve accuracy
- Follow strict security protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate issues and resolutions to leadership promptly
- Submit regular productivity reports on a daily and weekly basis
- Complete additional duties assigned by program leadership
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience configuring and managing access control systems
- Familiarity with Pro-Watch system architecture and data structure
- Hands-on experience in badge production and lifecycle management
- Strong attention to detail in data validation and quality assurance
- Ability to set up physical badging environments, including equipment and materials
- Customer-focused approach with professional communication skills
