Deliver specialized allergy and immunology services in Beaumont, CA, as part of an expanding, integrated care network. This role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered treatment for allergic and respiratory conditions, working closely with dermatology and support teams to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide thorough diagnosis and management of allergy and asthma cases using evidence-based practices
- Partner with dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants to coordinate care across specialties
- Contribute to the development and expansion of allergy services across multiple clinic locations
- Focus on clinical excellence with minimal administrative burden and dedicated support staff
- Utilize shared resources including specialized immunotherapy coordination and centralized lab services
What We’re Looking For
Candidates must be board-certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and hold an active state license. Prior experience in allergy, immunology, and asthma care is required. A commitment to patient-centered medicine and a collaborative approach to treatment are essential.
Preference will be given to providers interested in integrative care models and those eager to grow within an innovative, team-oriented organization. Experience working alongside dermatology teams is a plus.

Compensation
Base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000+, with additional bonus opportunities tied to performance and long-term contributions. The structure is designed to reward sustained impact and clinical success.
