About the Role

Solenis is seeking a Logistics Manager - France to oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring an optimal balance between costs, lead times, and customer service. You will manage logistics flows, inventory, and customer deliveries to maintain supply chain continuity while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the logistics team in collaboration with HR.
  • Control and optimize distribution costs, including supplier negotiations.
  • Oversee delivery execution and ensure smooth ERP/EDI transactions with third parties.
  • Work with CSR to optimize the order-to-delivery process (On Time In Full - OTIF).
  • Manage transportation execution and relationships with transport providers.
  • Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) contracts, performance, and KPIs.
  • Monitor warehouse organization, productivity, and performance.
  • Manage inventory control (Wall-to-Wall, cycle counting, coordination with 3PLs).
  • Contribute to logistics and transport-related projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Supply chain management expertise.
  • Customs and Incoterms knowledge.
  • Strong managerial and project management skills.
  • Process improvement and training capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Dynamic and proactive.
  • Strong team spirit and leadership.
  • Persuasive with excellent negotiation skills.
  • French and English language skills required.

Nice to Have

  • Manufacturing or logistics industry experience preferred.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in Tours or any location within the Indre-et-Loire department (37).
