Dolce&Gabbana is hiring a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join our North America operations. In this role, you will report to the Director of Logistics and Customer Service, providing essential support across account administration, order management, and after-sales service, helping to uphold our commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
- Account Administration: Maintain record keeping, update and analyze business reports, and handle prepayment invoices.
- Order Management: Enter and transmit orders for all brand sales lines, send order status reports, confirm orders, and fill out copy requests while meeting deadlines.
- EDI: Manage the EDI Catalog and report on purchase orders in progress.
- Shipping: Run, analyze, and distribute shipping reports.
- Finance Support: Assist with researching and reversing chargebacks.
- After Sales: Process spare parts, manage repair inquiries, handle returns, and issue credit notes, following through to resolution.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate degree or higher.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or logistics coordination role.
- Advanced Excel skills, with mandatory experience using pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic.
- Efficient communication and reporting abilities.
- A problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work well and efficiently in a team with a proactive attitude.
- Comfort working extended hours and weekends during busy seasons.
- A proactive approach during training.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director of Logistics and Customer Service while providing support to all members of the Customer Service department.
