Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Lock Desk Specialist to manage and process mortgage loan locks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will ensure accurate pricing, maintain investor requirements, and support production staff with day-to-day loan activities.
What You'll Do
- Process lock requests, profile changes, and lock extensions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide loan program and pricing support to production staff.
- Assist with daily ratesheet generation and verification.
- Support the team in resolving issues related to lock requests or managing changes on existing locks.
- Enter reservations for state bond programs as needed.
- Complete other daily duties and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Aptitude for math including calculating percentages.
- Availability to work 12p-9pm ET / 9a-6p PT, Monday through Friday.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of basic mortgage pricing and programs.
- Familiarity with Optimal Blue and Encompass.
