Gate is looking for a Localization Specialist/Translator fluent in Vietnamese to join our Globalization and Localization team. This full-time role sits within the Research and Development department and focuses on ensuring our products resonate with a global audience.
What You'll Do
- Translate and localize product content, documentation, and user interfaces into Vietnamese.
- Work closely with the Globalization and Localization team to maintain terminology and style consistency.
- Adapt cultural references and context to ensure relevance for the Vietnamese market.
- Review and edit translated content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to understand product features and technical requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in professional translation and localization for software or technology products.
- Strong understanding of localization tools and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to linguistic quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple localization projects.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position with a global team, open to candidates who can collaborate effectively across time zones.
