Litigation Associate (Warranty) is a full-time remote position with Career Mentors, LLC, focused on representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related legal matters. This role requires a licensed California attorney with proven litigation experience and a strong background in trial and arbitration preparation.
What You'll Do
- Work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related actions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Licensed in and local to California
- Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience
- Motion practice, depositions, and mediation experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
