HireHawk is seeking a LinkedIn Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building on the platform. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and managing client communications directly through the owner's LinkedIn account to support our agency's growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach and manage direct messages through the owner's account to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients while qualifying leads and scheduling discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with content initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  • Contribute to refining outreach messaging and sales processes for improved conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex, relationship-based sales cycles in professional digital platforms.
  • Fluent in English communication for effective client interactions and outreach.
  • Documented remote work experience with ability to independently manage digital sales processes.
  • Capable of researching and identifying potential clients within specified target market segments.
  • Skills in tracking and reporting detailed outreach performance metrics including response and conversion rates.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with leadership to refine messaging and sales positioning strategies.
  • Technical proficiency in managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools for recording client interactions.
  • Comfortable conducting targeted outreach and managing direct message communications through professional social media platforms.
  • Completed some college coursework demonstrating foundational professional communication and business development skills.
