What You'll Do
Conduct virtual consultations with union members seeking information about life insurance and supplemental benefits. Guide families through available options, helping them make informed decisions based on their individual needs. Focus on building lasting, trust-based relationships rather than sales targets. Your primary responsibility is to educate and support members throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. resident
- Hold or be able to obtain a life insurance license—assistance provided for Ohio resident and Georgia non-resident licensing
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism
- Work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
- Be open to structured training and ongoing feedback
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, sales, union organizations, military, public service, or skilled trades is highly valued. Background in any member-focused environment strengthens fit for the role.
