TensorOps is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide remote counseling and therapy treatment to patients throughout Oregon via telemedicine. As a clinician-founded and operated organization, we embrace a ‘say yes’ first clinical approach, treating patients where they are and guiding them along their journey to recovery and stabilization.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient care using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy to best meet clinical needs.
- Implement treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings, focusing on engaging patients in their treatment plan.
- Review and sign patient clinical Psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner.
- Maintain the clinic record, including documentation of activities performed as part of the service delivery process.
- Ensure documentation complies with best clinical practices, contracts, regulatory, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan.
- Participate in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team.
- Participate in individual and group supervision as required.
- Participate in ongoing education, including in-services and training, to maintain and improve competency.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in your state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided.
- Must be active or willing to obtain an Oregon License.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- A strong patient-first mindset.
Nice to Have
- Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.

- Compensation: $88,000-$98,000 with primary residence in Oregon.
