LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver vital clinical services to our community. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental healthcare, supporting clients through their wellness journeys within our collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, compassionate clinical counseling services to a diverse client population.
- Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated client care.
What We're Looking For
- Current, active license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related clinical field.
- Proven ability to conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and psychotherapy.
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
Work Mode
This position follows a hybrid work model, combining in-person client sessions and administrative duties. The role is based out of our Federal Way, WA location.
