Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide essential telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families across Arkansas. In this full-time, remote role, you will focus on facilitating therapeutic progress and ensuring continuity of care through clear and compliant documentation.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Develop and revise treatment plans based on client needs.
- Document sessions clearly and efficiently.
- Review clinical notes for quality and accuracy.
- Participate in case planning discussions.
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience.
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently.

- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year.
