Denova Collaborative Health LLC is hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide essential mental health services through a hybrid work model. You will deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatment plans to individuals, couples, and groups, working within a collaborative team of providers dedicated to a 'whole person' approach to health.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with patients and their natural supports to develop and implement effective service plans.
- Provide clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with ethical codes and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordination with other systems where clinical knowledge is crucial.
- Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure delivery of all covered services on the service plan.
- Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments.
- Participate in individual and group supervision meeting Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Current or pending Arizona license (LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LAMFT/LMFT, Psy.D).
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- A valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
- A forward-thinking approach, welcoming the advantages of telehealth.
- Experience working within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Nice to Have
- Specific experience with the Advance MD EMR system.
- Enthusiasm for a performance-based compensation plan.
